This will be a mini lightly guided free-form conscious dance practice followed by time for us to connect, meet each other, and chat!

No dance experience is necessary! Also, no one will be forced to turn cameras on if you're feeling shy :)

Come as you are, wear comfortable clothes, and have your favorite tea/snacks handy if you'd like.
