Welcome to the online New Year Intention Setting Ceremony! Let's come together to set powerful intentions for the upcoming year, energizing them with energy healing and embodiment practices. This virtual workshop offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the past year and create a clear vision for the future in alignment with your true self.
During this ceremony, I will guide you through meditations and journaling practices to help you connect with your authentic desires and goals. The most important part in setting goals and intentions is first doing the work of connecting to your true self and then setting your 2024 direction from there!
